On November 7th, Cocoon Supper Club gathers for an extra special night of food, wine, and story (and we are opening it up beyond our membership). In partnership with PM Wine Distribution, we’ll welcome Darek Trowbridge, winemaker and farmer behind Old World Winery, one of the Russian River Valley’s most soulful natural wine producers. 

Old World Winery is one of my favorite natural wine producers. Darek’s wines have graced Cocoon tables all summer, from Sonoma to Santa Fe. His approach is soulful and honest, rooted in minimal intervention and deep respect for the land. This evening will be special, a meeting of story, season, and the kind of wine that speaks for itself.

At The Parador, we’ll share a seasonal Cocoon menu paired with a curated selection of Old World wines. Expect a cozy, communal table filled with honest food, thoughtful conversation, and the slow kind of magic that happens when people gather with intention.
