You arrive, grab a drink, and find your seat at a long table.
The first course breaks the ice.
By the second, people are talking.
By dessert, the table usually feels like it’s been friends for a while.
You don’t need to know anyone beforehand.
You just need to come hungry and curious.
Once a month, I host a dinner built around one simple idea.
Sometimes it starts with an ingredient I can’t stop thinking about.
Sometimes it’s the season.
Sometimes it’s a place that makes everyone exhale a little.
From there, I design the menu and the evening around that thread and invite people to the table.
Seats are limited on purpose. It keeps the night warm, present, and easy.
We’ll use our hands.
We’ll play with our food.
We’ll remember that we’re human.

No. Anyone can purchase a ticket. Membership offers priority access, discount tickets, and access to member only events. It’s designed for people who know they’ll be back at the table.

The menu is seasonal and shaped by the theme of the evening. Expect thoughtful, generous courses that build on each other to tell a story.
Come curious, we do not release menus ahead of time.

Plan for about three hours. No one’s rushing you out the door.

No. Some people do, many don’t. The table works either way, and you’ll leave with new friends!

Sometimes you will be asked to wear something in accordance with the theme.

Locations vary across Santa Fe and slightly beyond. The setting shifts. The intention stays the same.

It depends on the dinner (and season). Some are outside under open skies, others are in intimate indoor spaces. We always plan thoughtfully for the setting.

If a dinner is outdoors, we have a plan. You’ll be informed in advance if adjustments are needed.

Seats are limited, so tickets are non-refundable. If you can’t make it, you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend (with notice).
